Do you like this painting by Stanley Spencer?
I think the figures look as though they have been standing in a draught - and have developed stiff necks.

Sorry, Colin, have looked at Spencer and have decided I really don't take to his body of work...it's emotionless in the extreme, and I'm sure not what he intended, but there we go...we all dance to different tunes...GBHs...XXX -
