That table looks rather badly drawn, bt perhaps that adds to the charm of the picture - or not?

I am abandoning Albert Bloch today and moving on.
The next major artist I was going to present was Walter Sickert, but I have decided to defer him for the time-being.
Instead I am going to feature a series of untitled Chinese paintings, I believe from various unnamed artists.
This will link in well with the poetry of Li Bai, which I am posting to my 'Poems and Prose' blog.
Here is the first painting - a rather sombre portrait of two children and two dogs.
What are they looking at?
